This skill builder uses hoops to build both agility and balance along with teamwork. Have the participants stand in a straight line with the hoop going over one person's head and then from the feet upwards over the next person. The only rule is they must keep two hands on the hoop at all times. And, as always, competition between two groups makes the exercise even more fun. To extend the competition have the last person in line race to the front to continue the exercise.
